Could Christine Renier be the same as Patricia Cat ?

... I'm not convinced.
In RF Patricia has a very large mole or mark in the centre-left of her back,
and a smaller but distinct mole on the right buttock. [4WIW, in the second
scene she also seems to have pussy-piercings]. None of these can I see in
C Renier.
The tits are very similar but I can't quite get the faces to match.
