I think the second girl is Terry [T Rubens], probably in a clip from 'Hamlet X'.

I also think its Terry but there's no that scene in Hamlet, maybe its in this one because i never watched it:

You could well be right- I was going largely by the film-notes: "There are a
few glimpses of... most of the females who appeared in his movies, making up
masses of archive footage".

I'll check my copy of D4 when I get the chance.
