I don't think anyone [OK, me] considered the possibility as the respective
dates are so at variance.
The tat seems to be identical and in exactly the same place in both. I'll just
check to see if I can see Claudie's 'beauty-mark' on the XNK's upper-right lip
and compare the areolae, but I think you're on to a winner here.
Also, the names Sandie Bauer/Claudette in the two titles would be a fair match
with CS' known aliases.

Have compared 4268 and Claudie.

Both have [apart from the tattoo]:
a characteristic whorled navel;
a mole on the underside of the right breast;
a group of moles or large freckles on the upper chest,
and other similarities.

Claudie's VEF thread includes the following from a post by Heinbollo:
"...In the later shootings (1996/97) for Cee Cee, she lost weight, making her
body look even tighter, but also losing a bit of her bust measurement".
This is certainly consistent with 4268's appearances, with extremely lean
frame and shrunken breasts.
It also includes this photo of Claudie in early middle-age:
