Gonorrhea, Genital Herpes and Syphillis can all be transmited from mouth to penis and mouth to vagina (unprotected oral sex) - which I understand is standard practice in most Bukkakes. Having visited the Clinic regularly to get HIV/std tested for work & talked to the people there heres what I know:
If you are worried about getting'itchy' after a bukkake event don't!
