I think it is Abdul el Muriad shot in 1999... Can anyone confirm this and if the movie has been released in Spain in dvd?

Maria Loren's scene, yes.
It's certainly on DVD, dunno if there's a Spanish release though - you might
try Papillon.es. It would have a completely different title.....
