There are several versions on VEF (vintage erotic forums). Search for Patricia Rhomberg and scroll down to the thread marked '5 loops'. You will find post #9 by Denaniel with a link to the best of the versions I've checked.
This is what porn is all about imo. I cannot understand why modern directors don't use formats like this - the same formula could be used repeatedly using new girls.
