I'd like to find some more material by the girl on the right. She's wearing what appears to be a wedding ring. (I love that kind of naughtiness!). She has a small tattoo on her left hip. Apart from that, I cannot find any other distingushing features.

I'm not sure about the dark-haired girl with Jeanna Fine.
She looks a lot like Rebecca Lord, but hard to tell with just that one pic.

If have had seen her tits/tattoos I would have had better luck with that ID.

I know it's not our 'thing' but for the sake of completion the film is called 'Other Woman' (VCA) and released in 1997. It stars amongst others, Jeanna Fine, Anna Malle, Nikki Sun and the truly delightful and very naughty, Juli Ashton.
This should allay any doubts about the ID of 'the other woman':
