The guy in the last photo has facial hair that looks a lot like Franco Roccaforte's. Assuming it's him that narrows it down almost not at all. Sorry. But if it's him I think he typically works in Europe, so there's that.

But I believe you are correct that the first two girls are the same. I'm basing my belief on belly button recognition and belly button jewery matching.

First two are Megan Cole; last is Maria Szolontai.
