Didn't see this flm, but a someone told me, that she is in it and you can see her on the cover.
Her scene of Der Swinger Club is also included in another Bex film named "Casting", in which she has another scene too.
Could this "Casting-film" maybe the original? Because in "Der Swinger Club" Gina Colany makes a casting with this couple.
Both, the girl and the male aren't Germans. He speaks a very few words in "Der Swinger Club" with a (maybe French) accent.
In "Fickfreudige-Versaute-Fotzen" the few words to me sounds like French also.

Bex/Sascha/Lava XXL etc. re-use scenes all the time - I've given up trying
to track all the 'repeats' and where possible just list one appearance.

It seems that the film includes the same scene. Maybe the credits on the cover are helpful.
From the screencaps it seems that in "House Broker" are the scenes of Ria Romanova and Gina Colany included. And it seems that the XNK7084 is also in the film.
It is reasonable, that the scene of Gina is originally from this film, because Steve Vincent plays a real estate broker in this scene and Gina Colany wants to buy the house.
On the back of the cover of Swingerclub there is a director credit: Ed Black

4WIW 'House Broker' seems a little more coherent plotwise, but there are
some alarmingly abrupt breaks and some scenes start halfway-in. 7084's
scene here is a b/g with Rene Bar, rather than the bbg with Steve Vincent
as in 'Swinger Club'.

I saw this scene with Rene Bar. And Rene Bar is playing a real estate broker too in the scene, when he is talking to the couple.
In the last scene with Gina Colany Zenza Raggi is playing an interior architekt. And he tells her, that the work is now finished and she can live in the house now.
This fits to the scene of Gina and Steve Vincent. Because Steve Vincent tells Gina in their scene, that he has a friend who is interior architekt and will design the interior of the house according to her wishes.

7084 and unknown NS male entering a room to meet [estate-agent?] Bar.
This occurs well into Gina's frst scene. When we see her again she's naked
and Bar is already banging her.
Later Gina gives an [unfinished] BJ to a scruffy long-haired moustachioed
brunet. This cuts abruptly to Wendy and Ria having lesbian sex. This then
jumps to the prelude to Gina having sex with Raggi.
I can only assume the editor was on drugs.
