You are thinking of an original "physical" copy (VHS or DVD)!?

As I am not registerd to "Film-Undo"... Jeedoo is (to my knowing)
the best market-place for out of print films....

But:
As it is for educational purpose and the film no more officially available...
I could offer you a copy on DVD-R (In case there is any way of sending it
to you/egafd) or could provide a "download" version...
