No, it's the only one I have.

Then we're reduced to sheer guesswork unless someone happens to have recently
viewed the film.
From the gym-style background it might be one of the missing cast from 'jetzt
geht's rund', or any of 100s of other flicks.

i also had that movie in mind! isnt it last scene from " Jetzt Geht's Rund Erst In Den Arsch Und Dann In Den Mund" ? I dont have movie on computer so i cant check it to be sure...
