I have a personal database of my DVD collection and I've been trying to list all of the actors and actresses for every movie. I have that Streetlife DVD, but that's one of my DVDs I haven't been able to add anyone to the list of performers.

Now I know there's at least Jaqueline and I can add her to my database, so thank you very much for that!

Do you happen to know anyone else from that movie?

it was originally released by Onid Studio (via DBM) in 1995 (DVD reissue December 2003) German original sound
the girl with the short blond hair is Olga Pechova
the girl in the middle of the cover is Jacqueline Wild

Going by the screencaps, I would say girl in the first scene is Tracey Laque

The shorthaired blonde in the second scene should be Olga Pechova

I never thought I would be able to identify them, which is odd since I noticed I already have three movies with Jacqueline Wild (Decameron 1 & 2 and Hamlet).
