The "Factory of the Stars #2" edition I know only holds written english-subtitles.

The "voice-over" translator is only ever to be found on these
"Four movies-sets" you mention and unknown to appear on regular
"Single-film" DVD-releases...
So, maybe I confuse what you have written, or this would be another alternating-edition of the film.
At least to my knowing...
