I can't find any id of them.
They might be called Lavinia & Diane though.

I am 99,9% positive they are in the bottom middle picture of the magazine cover.
That website also says:
"KATJA & LENA young readhead beauties - JUDY - Busty TINIE - LAVINIA & DIANE - KARIN & AN in the bath tube"
So there are three sets of two girls.
I know they are not Katja & Lena as I recognize Katja in the big picture.
Also they can't be Karin & An since they are in a bath picture on the bottom left.
So that leaves Lavinia & Diane.
I can't find anything with those names though,
so I can't tell who is supposed to be who.
