Service- good. Customer service- lousy.
And watch their postage charges.
Jaded are are a better net, IMO.
Better selection, too (i.e. Excalibur offer more 'unavailable' titles than jaded).

Excalibur...delivery times...average to bad...4/6 weeks to Australia....versus Jaded...1/2 weeks is the longest i've waited.

Excalibur still stock incorrectly labelled items
ie wrong performers.
Even after being notified...nothing changes...says to me they are a little bit slack or take no notice of customer emails

Do your homework first using
has saved me a few dollas and heartache over the years

cheers

I tend to agree. Excalibur have improved in my opinion despite them sending me a non-working dvd but i wil forgive them due to some recent quick deliveries. Jaded are the best but I would say their shipping costs are higher than excalibur. Give them both a try but if your only after one title go jaded.

I think I mentioned before that I used to do a lot of business w/ Excalibur as they allowed trades here in the U.S.. For a couple years,I got as good as 9 days turn-around on traded shipments.I eventually got put off by their longer & longer shipping times & by their often downright snotty customer service.I finally gave up on them. However, they are still a good source for some hard-to-find oldies. Check their prices on particular titles.Note, I have gotten edited films from them but in all likelihood the editing was done by the labels beforehand.
