In fact, I suffer from a debilitating medical condition known as 'stupid
fingers'. In my case it's exacerbated by the fact that I can only type
with one finger.

The same with me, but: You can make it look more flashy if you change
the finger (Masters may even change the hand, sometimes) you are typing with in seconds time every now and then.
People will think: "I thought he can't type, now I know he is only delicate about
which letter to use next..."
