I am not 100% sure about the blonde being Anja [5],
but compare these two pictures:
(To the left is Anja in this movie and to the right is Anja [5] listed in EGAFD)
She is called Anja in this movie.
I couldn't hear if the name of the brunette was said at some point,
but the blonde is definitely called Anja here.
So I think that because of the name and many similarities
between this and Anja [5] they might very well be the same person.

Not 100% sure about this as my understanding of the German language isn't too great,
but "Elma" is mentioned several times in this scene.
The woman doesn't say that herself at any point that I know of,
but the man with her and the man behind the camera says it.
And I think it was said after the cameraman asked about names.
But as it was the man who replied to him, I'm not completely sure Elma meant the woman.
