Thanks to your ID of Zuzanna I've managed to find it eventually.
At first I couldn't find it cause it's not listed here or on IAFD, but then I simply went through her VEF thread and found the scene there.
The post is claiming that this scene is from a movie called "Ferkel und Co - Das versaute Leben auf dem Bauernhof". Have fun adding this one to the list
