In the meantime, I have found a method that suits me.
further questions:
caps are snaps?
Is it useful to make snaps of the scenen or just snaps off the faces?
is it allowed to give hints on egaf for vef?

A cap is an individual snapshot ('screen-CAPture') intended to clearly
illustrate one (occasionally more) cast-members.
Recent legal changes in the UK mean that we are limited as to the
amount of detail we can show in the database (no explicit images) but -
at the moment - this does not apply on the forum. Look at some other
threads to get an idea of what to include, and how to present it.

"a harmless drudge, that busies himself in tracing the original, and detailing the
signification...."

IMO (not speaking for all): Good thumbnail gallery which caps the whole film is enough. You'll get scenes, background and overall story and so on from that.
No need to manually cap the background. The more pics, the better here.

I'd do manual caps for faces, moles, tatoos, piercings, tits, front- and back, maybe while standing to see legs and general proportions - to get overall picture of the actress. Not possible in most cases.

If you really wanna dig deeper google:"Anthropologisch-biometrisches Identit?tsgutachten" - but that method is even highly questional in court as it is not really reliable and is just a better guessing in the end. Kinda OT - this shit isn't really needed here - but I had something to do with this via my job recently and just figured that ID'ing actually works similar here.

In general it works similar. Nose, mouth, eyes, eye colour, earlobes are helpful to compare in complicated cases. Those science-based dudes are actually not really better^^

Dunno. I'd try to not hint at "flick is downloadable at xyz" if possible. But many post links to streamsites here. If a direct link is not needed, I'd try to circumvent it. Dunno if needed, I just do it when I know that my message is understood.

I wouldn't directly link to V*F. Any smart person can find it via search there. We don't want neither those nor egafd to get in trouble. But I guess there is no "hard" rule there. Continuum.

In general most whou could help or add something will understand your hint- so no need for direct links. There is enough stuff that could get troublesome for website owners. GDPR for instance,
