Girl ID/movie with Franco Roccaforte

Hello to everyone, I'm really having an hard time finding this old movie starring Franco Roccaforte and a blonde girl. From the look of it, it must have been shot during '92-'97.
I have looked practically everywhere in every database I could find: nothing, it's driving me mad.
If any of you happens to know something, it would be much appreciated.
