Some production year confirmations + other info

Here's some info of several ELS Production movies:

Both IMDb and Elonet claim the release year to be 1999,
but the official website of ELS Production says it was released on January 2000
and in fact looking at that Elonet site more closely it's revealed
that the movie was checked by the Finnish Board of Film Classification in January 25th 2000,
so that's the earliest date it could've been officially released.

That said, ELS Production was formed in 1999 and it could be they were selling
an "illegal" unchecked copy of it already in 1999,
or maybe that year just refers to when the movie was completed and not when it was first released.

I took a pic from the ELS-site and made some caps from this scene.
Is this scene from Naisten fantasiat?

I had trouble viewing that video as I got the "video is not available in your country" type of message, but I got to see a bit of it from another site but it doesn't run properly so it's just a few minutes I was able to watch it.

Based on what I saw you can remove the question mark from "Finnish?" as she clearly speaks Finnish in that video.

I'm not 100% sure it's from Naisten fantasiat as I don't have the dvd and can't check it, but based on the text on ELS site of that movie I'm 99% sure that video is from it.

Naisten fantasiat is a sort of an "anthology movie" with different short stories.
That clip gives the impression it's a shorter segment of a bigger movie
and the back cover text says something about Laura Lee fulfilling her customer's needs and in that clip she is has this store and Ramona is her customer.
So I think it's safe to se it's from that movie.
