I was at the end of this problem earlier this year. A model claimed I coerced her in to a toys shoot, which was 2 years ago.. DUH. Luckily I still had emails from her to prove she was lieing, as I could supply details for the original booking and emails from her a few months later asking when I'd work with her again... Not something a model would do if she wasn't happy to work with me.
That's just an example of what could happen with a name and shame forum, even if it was kept locked to industry persons only. It's not a good idea.
This has also happened to other photographers I know, and I've seen models put down unfairly, so having suffered I can comment about what can occur.....
