Being a student i don't have pots of cash, however how much cash are we talking about?

I have been offered 2 days work experience at anglia television of all places but would like something longer than 2 days.

dont know how much.why dont you get in touch with a few producers and offer them ?100 to show you the ropes.it is an investment in your career.the brutal facts are that no-one is going to give a fuck if you are a penniless student.there is a massive queue of blokes wanting a free ticket to a porn shoot or to be involved just to" help out".i have lost count of the number of people who have offered to help me with the lights.i have never yet met one who knows anything about lighting.no one is going to help you out if you have nothing to offer.this is the most clicky industry i have ever come across in my life.no one is going to give you a free ride (excuse the pun) out the the goodness of thier heart.best of luck anyway

Thanks for the advice Davey. I appreciate what you are saying and can understand totally the producers point of view.
?100 seems reasonable to me and i would be glad to pay that for some advice and pointers.
However i do not have any experience as yet. I start my degree in september. I was just looking for a bit of a headstart. If someone is willing to help me i would be more than willing to pay for your trouble.

As for shooting some footage of Trisha. Unfortunately she has defected to channel 5 now. LOL
