Rico, could you please explain to me where the "really rude action" was on tonights show?
As a TVX subscriber I see no difference in what is now on offer than that from when I first subscribed years ago. Things should be moving towards R18 material but I am afraid all I see on TVX these days is only a little above 18 (NOT R18) material and as such it is a complete waste of time subscribing too.
In fact, to be honest, I see harder porn on the banners that are on this website!
Perhaps TVX should go some way to putting preassure on Ofcom to change their code before its too late.
I appreciate that TVX are offering a service, but as a subscriber (and I am sure I speak for many others) I am fed up with being made promises of "harder stuff" after encryption, yet what you see is no harder than before encryption.
If TVX what to sign up new subscribers and keep their existing subscribers they need to pull their finger out and give us Adults the service which we have subscribed too.

I just don't see what you are all talking about, they simply aren't allowed to be any stronger!!!

I know what you mean NeilUK, but I saw this topic and consider it to be another attempt at TVX hoodwinking unsuspecting Adults into subscribing to a channel which offers even less than the other Adult subscription channels in the UK.
I appreciate that UK Adult channels cannot show R18 material and that there has been no change in the new code which comes into affect on the 25th July, but if we want to see R18 material on UK Subscription channels the only people with the backing to take Ofcom to court to challenge the new code are the Adult channels themselves.
If they are willing to be honest and tell potential subscribers what they really will be showing and what they can show under exisiting guidlines (new shows or not) then no-one would subscribe.
They really should make an effort to be able to deliver the goods they are pretending to already offer. Maybe an attempt to group with the other Adult channels and take Ofcom to court to try and overturn the code is maybe the only answer, I am certain they would win (I won't go into why or how here) and they would then be able to show the R18 material on their channels and everyone would be happy (except for the R18 DVD distributers and licenced sex shops of course).

I knew tonights show would be no different to the soft stuff which is already being shown and yes to be honest you are probably better off watching the FTA (Free To Air) channels as the content strength is pretty much the same - but free.
