Technical help please re Web cam chats

Hi

To be honest i am not even sure this is possible but what I would like to do is be able to host web cam chats on my site. I can install a simple chatroom to my site using the control panel I have but I would like to know whether it is possible to have web cam chats on my server if the web cam in question isn't on my computer. Basically Spider is keen on doing some webcam chats with some of her ex-colleagues of Babestation and I would like to know whether its possible to do that using a chatroom on my site.
Any ideas? I have had a quick look on google but didn't have any luck finding any programs that would do the trick.
Any help appreciated, its probably not even possible to do it

I used to visit a site called uk-showoffs (.com)

The site had chat and cam rooms using CameraWare.

I'll be honest mate I don't know anything about it or how good it is but the site is:

I have had a look and it looks promising, I have emailed them asking if what i want to do will be possible.
Thanks to the guys who have responded, I tried a google search for video conferencing and found some sites but the words "over my head" applies. I couldn't see if they could do what i needed
