Webmastery type help needed!

As you all know, iv been trying to sort out a members site for ages now but people keep letting me down or promising things they cant deliver.

Iv got someone committed to shoot all content. This is ongoing. They are as committed as i am.

What we need is someone who can build the site and help with the subscriptions etc as neither me or my business partner have any experience in building sites or running members areas.

Does anyone know anyone who can help or can help themselves?

...and then you need someone to spend all their time getting traffic to it, getting affiliates to it, handling hacking attacks, handling DDOS attacks, helping members who have lost their passwords, keeping an eye on the dollar exchange rate, keeping an eye on bandwidth usage etc.

Tell me about it..

SGD was hacked and it brought down the server last Sat at 7.30pm Sun at 6pm I started uploading the site again and the vids took 39hrs before I even started uploading anything else. I'm still finding pages etc. I missed in that major upload.

Most models don't realise the work that has to be done to keep a site on line. Getting traffic is the most time consuming as that can be a never ending job. As for watching bandwidth... Aaaagghhhh .. Due to Sahara's publicity last April I had an overage bill for around $500 for just 2 weeks. That couldn't be helped. Thank god apart from the odd hacker it's ok now.. Well was till last Sat. but that's been taken care of and it won't happen again for a long time. Dumb member used a very easy to hack password I changed it asap and the illegal visits stopped

If anyones looking for the best password protection, I recommend Strong box Ray who installs it is a wiz.. It knocks PennWize flying.

I missed out optimising the stills and creating the galleries and then the most tedious..... Rendering and editing the videos. There is no difference doing this for a 90 min full length film or a 15 min one for the site..

A webmasters work is never done... LOL
