Tequila babe a word of warning. Beware of whom you get on board as a mistake now will cost you greatly later and WILL prove expensive. As I'm sure another of our major stars will tell you the last thing you want is your site being run by someone that back doors all the money and does not have your interests at heart. Get contracts in place first and remember they are all nice at first but once the pound shows its head things change reall fast.
