What sites has he done before then? I'd be a bit wary of using someone to do a site if they only have a Yahoo email address...

No no - not judging anyone. I'm just suggesting that anyone looking for a website should bear in mind that being able to to design a tour and hook a members area up to CCBill is about 10% of what's needed to make a successful site. The other 90% consists of having good contacts, knowledge, hard work, and luck :p

In other words, Advertising the hell out of it to the right people, with good return links.

Well yeah, you can do well if you promote a site hard and in the right ways,You can do even better if that work is echoed hundreds or thousands of times by other webmasters.
