large room etc needed

I'm looking to rent a room/house etc in the North Essex/Suffolk border area for parties & film shoots on a regular basis. It needs to be able to hold between 12-15 people.

search google for apartments in that area quite a few come up

Thanks Emprex but i only need it once or twice a week & renting an apartment would work out rather expensive. I'm trying the swinging sites also as i find my most of my locations from these but places are few & far between at present.

No you can hire them for a day/2 days etc
