How Do I Place a Pic In The Text Area from a Url

Hi All

How do I place a pic in the message text area from a Url address...??

I have looked at the F.A.Q and tried what was suggested without success......Doh.....So,.....I'm obviously far to thick to understand the instructions.....HELP.....!!!

I have copied the Url address of the image and pasted into text area...failure...!!!

Like this (but without the spaces):

[ img ] Then your URL for you pic [ /img ]

put [ img]http://www.tonypic/tony.jpg[ /img] , but don't put a space between the [ img] and [ /img]
hope that makes sense.
