Indigo to charge for certs from May

Post by KazB »

The cost will be ?35 for a full health screening cert.

Wondering what your thoughts are on this.

As far as I can see the clinics are struggling to accommodate the increasing numbers of those need health check ups and treatments so perhaps this extra money will help out the centres....

If it is used wisely and put back into the health service. If this was teh case I certainly wouldn't mind paying ?35 - but is it?

Over to you! :)

Cum spray your spunk over my new HARDCORE site!

Huge supporter of Indigo

As a huge supporter of Indigo and formerly a user of their service I'd have absolutely no quarrel with this charge. It's a very fair price but personally I would rather see the cash injected directly into the Indigo clinic and not the NHS at large.

Indigo is a unique project and without it I doubt very much I would ever have made forays into the adult industry. Compared to the private clinics out there the charge is minimal. Personally I think a fee of up to ?50 is fair - and controversially, perhaps the fairest system would see females charged ?50 and males ?25 given the differential in rates. But that would never happen would it?

No - I am fully in favour of this and I continue to sing the praises of the Indigo Clinic.

I have used the Indigo for a while now for certs and ?35.00 is reasonable only trouble is the certs are only valid for three weeks from the time you get them but its still a better deal than the private clinics.

3 weeks...

Post by JackHorny »

That's the industry requirement - if you want 30 day cover you have to go every 3 weeks due to the fact that it takes 7 days to grow the cultures for the STI results - that's not unique to Indigo...

JackHorny, it depends on how much you are prepaired to pay, with private clinics it happens much quicker, but im happy with the Indigo and have promoted them on these forums several times.

The Indigo clinic is at the Charing Cross hospital Fulham Palace Road, London W6. telephone 020 88461579, you will need to phone at least a week before you need an appointment.

I went to the Charing Cross hospital in Hammersmith today for my first certs.
The staff there were 100% brilliant and it took me 2 hours from walking in there to walking out which I thought was not that bad.
The sevice for Indigo is free until May 15th when the fee will be ?35 but when you compare it with medi-lad who are charging ?160 its a very good deal.
Credit is due to there service and staff, will be using them in future.
