Nil I have the encoders, SDSL, Servers payment gateways basically everything. I encode everything and put it up on servers, I create a sub account on my channel and once the material is on the server you administer it yourself its a split on revenue but I also pick up the banwidth/storage charges you should end up with 35p in pound so it makes sense to do the material in scenes and charge the punters about ?1 a pull. If we do a live event it will be a bit more probably a fiver to watch and text a live shoot.

Thanks Mike, a few of the guys have seen the box and the software so I am sure word will travel fast how good it is.
Promoting the solution is really easy we are only company in world who can do this and we are telling and demoing it everywhere we can now, I have 12 of a team 2 web-masters and 3 sales people as far away as Chicago. Importantly being first has media value in itself. Lastly the channels will be promoting and selling the boxes themselves as well so plenty.
