I can't actually believe, they've written, "You'll be well paid for your time".........and not "We can't pay you anything, but think of all the publicity you'll get".

FWIW the company seems to have quite a decent track record, not just a bunch of divvies with a DV camera and a computer. No guarantee that the project won't be a load of tosh, of course, but maybe shouldn't be dismissed out of hand either.
