This will only work for IE users for Firefox users you will need to give them an alternative to launch WMP:

Place the following HTML within your web page where you want
the text and hyperlink to appear:

If you can't see this live feed, launch Windows Media Player by clicking here.

Change href="webcam.asx" to the path to where ever you upload the following file to file to.

Create in notepad and rename it webcam.asx

Also you need to allow your router and firewall for port forwarding.

NB: Use the Pull From Media Encoder Option when setting up a broadcast.

Finally Windows Media Encoder by default also only allows five connections so you need to change the registry:

1. Start > Run > type regedit > Click OK

2. In Registry Editor, use the tree view to navigate to the following
subkey: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Software\Microsoft\Windows Media
Tools\Encoder\MaxClientConnections.

3. Edit the subkey so that it reflects the maximum number of direct
connections you want to allow. The maximum possible number is 50.
