Well.....Bearing in mind the hundreds/thousands of pounds I have sent to Your Choice over the years I would have at least thought they might make the effort and send me a card. Instead of that crap flyer advertising crap porn which went in the bin. And I sent them an email query 9 months ago to which they didnt reply.

No offence meant to Jay who is a great bloke. Patricia once posted on here after 9/11 but otherwise keeps a low profile. Please dont get me wrong Your Choice your staff are great but if I had a complaint and emailed it they would ignore it. But on a positive note the Dutch lady who answers the phone is a diamond, she is very helpfull and pleasant. And she is very polite.

Magoo, All emails are supposed to be answered within a few days. It is VERY rare, if at all, an email doesn't get replied to. If you EVER have any problem, email me direct.

As I said Jay you are very helpfull and so are your staff in Amsterdam. I find Yvonne to be very helpfull. Give her a pay rise she deserves it. However I did email YC and got no reply but I now know that your the guy to contact. Have a merry christmas. Do you eat goose in Nederland? My mate in Germany reckons goose is better than turkey. Sorry I am rambling.
