Best place I found up north is a place near Darlington called Sedgefield where Gordon Laboratory Group do a full screen for ?105 and you get results in post within 2/3 days! There number is 01740622644

Newcastle General do certs but takes a week to get them and you have make return journry to collect results in person, costs ?15. Hope this helps

Hi there, I haven't been on here for a while as I have had no internet, the places you want to go to are either Darlington memorial hospital (gum clinic) or Newcastle general hospital.
Darlington is free and Newcastle charge ?15, yes it does take between 7-10 days for the results as this is to protect YOU, it takes approx 7 days for the gonorhea cultures to grow.

A BIG word of advice though do NOT touch Gordon Labs with a barge poll, they don't do the FULL test, I went there for my first ever test, was ripped off for ?125, they ONLY did a blood test and a urine sample!!!!!
At the hospital they do everything and I mean everything, from bloods to urine samples to swabs at the back of the throat, swabs from the penis/vagina, swabs from the anus etc.

Hi Kandi I never had a problem with Gordens Labs they have always done a fullscreen and tests as other clinics / gum hospitals do. Sorry to hear about your experience with them but they have always given me a great service, full screen and tests, with certs delivered in the post recorded delivery as soon as the results / tests have been completed.

You may have found them ok but they DONT do the FULL screen, if you want to be fully screened you need to seek out a PROPER GUM CLINIC, GORDON LABS are NOT a GUM clinic, they provide MEDICINE'S for ANIMALS, they are a VETERINARY PHAMACY - that is the nature of their business.
I know people that work for OAKLANDS VETERINARY PRACTICE, they get all their medicine's for ill animals and the operation equipment from there.

Sorry but the hospital (GUM CLINIC) is the way to go, they deal with HUMANS NOT ANIMALS, and at the PROPER gum clinics you know you are going to be tested properly, oh and also the hospitals do the hepititus b vaccine.

If you feel happy at being ripped off at gordon labs that is up to you, at the end of the day it takes some std cultures 7 days to grow, if you get the results between 24-72 hours I would imagine that you wouldn't be fully screened, anyone in the human medical profession would tell you this.

Sorry if you think I am having a go, but you need to think twice about YOUR health.
