HELP, on advertising, finding new girls,websiteetc

Hi everyone.

Looking to start my own website up in the near future. Need to start making content.

Ideally id like first timers to boygirl, the newer the better realy. I like alot of the girl seen on Johnnyrebels site and ukgirldownloads.

Where do you find new girls?
Do you advertise, if so where are the best places to advertise for boygirl?
What should the advertisment actually say?

Any other tips, suggestions?

Also im learning webdesign with Dreamweaver at the moment. Once a site has been created on Dreamweaver, does anyone know how to upload the whole thing onto cheap,reliable server. I found myself having to relink everything last, upload all my photos to a site like photobucket and relink all them. Isnt there some simply way?

Im hoping to create a paysite also, wheres best place to get info on that?
