Look at the showreel (Kimberly, Leigh, a bloke) and ask yourself what was he thinking? And also understand why producers are so wary of trying out new guys... It's so common for guys to cancel.

That's why the bar is set high for wannabe's.

These days any guy serious enough to get into this industry should pay his way into it. If he has what it takes he will go far, if he doesnt then he is a waste of space, time and money to a producer

I know this because I spear headed my own campaign to find new talent several years back and although tthere were some good potentials they decided that passing the test they didnt want to do it anymore.

My only real success out of this was Jazz Duro and look where he is today. Top bloke and deserving of every bit of his success. ye si shot his first 4 scenes that are not even released yet.
