Yes Stockie that is scene rate and the hours question is a difficult one to answer, because it depends on who the Producer is, what is being shot, etc.

Wendy - rates were a grey area, but UKAP is trying to improve the industry, that's why we set those basic min rates.

Bloody hell that's cheap. Most of the models (I use the word loosely) on Net Model want them rates for showing their knickers.

Well it is the minimum rate! Many UKAP Members pay more than that. For example I tend to pay ?400 for b/g. All UKAP Members will not pay less than those rates, that's what the guidelines mean.

The reason a lot of producers will differ on the rates is because we have to pay 20% plus VAT on top of the girs rates to the agent, so the cost of one scene ( girl only - jim's cheap labour) will be topping ?370 for a straight B/G scene. so for some, they will have to use their own rates. This is the cut throat world of porn and with less money being paid to producers for their DVD titles, somethings got to give.
