Hi Paul,

Is this the general status quo with most of the current crop of Page 3 girls as well? I.e., extremely picky about where they will appear and who will be shooting them?

It's just that I've noticed that most of the P3-calibre girls you have shot (with the exception of maybe Hayley-Marie) are the ones who are no longer regularly appearing on Page 3...Melanie, Jo Guest, Maria Sheriff, Natasha Marley etc.

Seeing as your site would require no 'stronger' level of work from them, I was just wondering why you don't seem to shoot the current crop? I thought possibly it might be due to contractual obligations with The Sun/Star, but then this would surely also preclude them working for Zoo/Nuts/Maxim/Mobile Phone contents etc., so I'm guessing this is not the case.

It's just that I'm exploring the feasibility of starting a site which would be no stronger content-wise than your own (but in a very different niche, you'll be glad to hear!), so I figured that if I'm going to be shooting at softer levels, I might as well take advantage of the wider talent base and aim for the top...and I thought a few 'household name' P3ers would help to attract signups from people who aren't fans of the niche, but are fans of the particular girl.

However, knowing that you are one of the most successful sites in the UK and probably the biggest fish in your particular niche, then I know that if you can't get the time of day from certain agencies, then a start-up like me won't have an icecube's chance in hell!

So, any particular reason? Do they and their agencies turn their nose up at paysite work, even if it's no stronger than what they do in Maxim? You seem like the person to ask as you're making the most inroads in this area, so I'd be extremely interested in hearing what the lay of the land is regarding this.

What your missing is, If you Sign the legally binding agreement/contract of employment, which is witnessed by her agent, and her, which states michelle's conditions, which if I remember rightly is about 15 things, she will work with you. Don't sign it ? enjoy the still life shoot

You can't own what you don't shoot, and like any other contact you are obligated and bound by it.
