Just pop along to the link dump (http://www.rudeforum.net/links/index.php) and register.

After you've registered, you'll see a 'submit' link on the right hand side.
Simply fill in the details, upload a jpg and you're away.

If you have any problems, give me a shout and I'll sort it out for you.
