Just open an account in the USA, with an ATM card - no fees, send the "check" to your new bank account and it clears in 1 - 4 days.

We use Verotel and bank transfers is easiest. If you have one payout a month you only pay one fee.
I'm fairly sure if they took porn off the internet, there'd only be one website left, and it'd be called Bring back the porn!

Yeap, I use Verotel with bank transfer. They charged $10 and remember to set your transfer amount. $100 min but better to use $300 to $500.
