If you were watching IPTV on just a monitor.... ie there is no tuner and therefore no way to receive BBC etc. Would you still have to pay the bloody LIcence Fee.
If not this could be a far better way to spend the money on.

Well, I'm definitely interested in this. As a supporter of our U.K. girls, I'd welcome any medium which gives me access to mature, adult erotic entertainment in the form that I require it.
