Link Site Hacked

Post by adultwebmaster »

Just a quick note to any users on my Link Dump Site, to say that it is now back online after being hacked.

God knows what sort of sad dickless fuck gets his kicks doing that in the first place, but that's life I suppose.

All the best.

It was a clever little script which ran from a submission in the link dump.

Fortunately, it didn't take too long to put right.

But as you said, they'll probably be back again, and again, and again, and again, and again......!happy!

You usually find it to be someone with a cob on who ain't got the balls to face you, they didn't realise their grey matter was no match for yours.

9 times outta 10 its an automated script that searches for certain words. When i used to run a forum (its currently out of service) there was scripts that used to search google for a characteristic of each version of the PHPBB script, was a version number, then they took that offer and they looked for other things.

The script then automatically tried known hacks and cracks on the site, and reported a sucess back to the person running the scripts.

My guess is it was an SQL Injection attack as they are common with link dumps :)
