Don't sell yourself short Leah,too many girls are willing to do that already.It makes it bad for all of us. The more that are willing to do it, the more it becomes expected.You have to look at yourself in the mirror,just make sure you keep liking the person you see.There are plenty of "decent" producers out there so just walk away from the dodgy ones.

Lots of 'larger' producers pressure the new girls and reletively new girls too, altho they do pay which I guess makes them a little better.
