Foxmodels (UK) is essentially a Northern UK based recruitment vehicle. The vast majority of our work is done in Tyne and Wear but we do arrange shoots in Leeds and Edinburgh from time to time.

Here's a little more information for you:

Fox is created for people like you by people like you. If your friends hear you say, 'I want to be a glamour model' as often as you say hello and if you'd like to attend genuine model auditions in North UK then you are in the right place.

In 2000, ex-model Lindsay and partner Thomas decided to move 'the other side of the camera' and recruit for an expanding 'niche' in the US online glamour modelling marketplace.

There is great demand in the United States of America for British 'glamour model' girls and couples to be filmed and then marketed abroad in the US, for exclusive distribution in the US as 'white label' (unbranded) short films and picture sets. The work type starts at topless and fully nude modelling as a minumum. We can advise you on how to be a glamour model in a pretty unique way as a website movie and stills glamour model.

Our images and movies are available to paying customers only and across only a select few US websites that generally operate within a 'ring'. We supply to around two dozen affiliated websites in the US.

So how does it work? What exactly do you do at Foxmodels?

We recruit and 'test-shoot' in the UK so that the US distributors can get an idea of who they'd like to work with and potentially re-shoot for distribution.

So Foxmodels (UK) is essentially a UK based 'recruitment agency' for this global industry. Model shoots in Newcastle and the Tyne and Wear area are most common. We are based in the North East.

Firstly, please read a little deeper into what kind of work we do. We recruit only a few (predominantly) girls and ladies from very large numbers of applications weekly.

So to save your time and ours we would be grateful if - to a degree - you would 'pre-select' or 'de-select' yourself. Being an amateur movie model can be great fun but just may not be for you. And being an amateir internet website model is hard work too if you are successful.

I can't think of any websites that restrict there access to USA only people, so I would be very dubious of anyone saying you can do all this work and no-one in the UK will ever see it. In todays internet age information is accessible worldwide, and to restrict anything digitally to a certain geographic area is very hard. Can you give sample URLs of the sites you sell to??

Take a look at our website please as you get more of an answer there as to why this niche is successful and it - well - just works.

It's because of the marketing and the US webring. The reason why redistribution is minimal is explained at www.foxmodels.co.uk.

We have traded in this way (albeit under a different name until about q month ago for 88 years and we have about 300 girls who do really well.

And your question about seeing samples etc. Its (obviously once you rea dor website) totally against the ethos of what we are and do to reveal such things in the UK. In any case, teh websites are text only Paul - all of the content is secured.

Sorry, this still really doesn't answer the questions, people from UK will still be able to access the site. You mention on the site "You can! Pop over to the USA and try to access the webring from a US based IP address", well I can use a US based IP also there are loads of US proxies etc.

I just think it is wrong to say that no one in UK will ever see it.

Thanks Paul - It's hard work to find the right people but we are getting there. We paused the business for a bit but are back now.

You are right of course that there are no guarantees re: redistribution. Here's what we say at our website in full:


What this means is that the work we do is never seen in the UK which is great peace of mind for our (shall we say) many 'shyer' models.

'Images are forever' of course and can in theory be redistributed by subscribers in the US, but this is almost unheard of as anyone found doing this is barred from the entire 'ring' of distributor sites.

Subscriptions cost members an unusually large amount of money (often four times competitor websites - these are premium brands) so over the years subscribers haven't risked expulsion and generally do not flount the rules.


I do take your point about the word 'never'. I will change that. But I do have to say Paul that - to our knowledge and having worked with over 300 girls since 2000 we have never ever had reports of our work bing seen in the UK. Strange I know but the (about) two dozen websites out there that occupy this quite distinct niche just seem to look after their own. Strange I know. The best evidence I can give you is that some people I know - and I will admit myself and my husband have test shot and appear. We appear in quite a lot of non-industry specific publications in the UK because of our other businesses so discretion is important - and we've been fine. So my husband and I are putting our money where our mouth is so to speak!
