Whatever way you go one big investment will be your time if you want to do it yourself. Learning a CMS or even Dreamweaver takes times. I currently spend around 20+ hours per week on video editing, photoshop, dreamweaver and updating the site. It's a big commitment!

With the amount of images an CMS (such as Drupal) would be ideal however I'm not sure how they work with payment systems such as CCbill.

With Dreamweacer you can buy adult templates that you can alter to your needs for around $60. Although these are not exclusive.

Website hosting costs around ?80 per year.

Verotel charge 14% on new sales and 16% on other sales + keep a % for chargeback.

I would suggest hosting in the US you can get a real good package for around $400 a month... I mean kick ass ! And any of the guys running the kind of amateur sites you run would proberly have ample storage/bandwidth...
