What great pictures if it wasn't for your extra tent pole they could almost be sensible work out pictures! I had such a fun day be warned girls you wont stop laughing the whole way through and the weights were really heavy. Thanks for the shamless plug its only fair for me to add that he is an amazing performed very strong (which obviously helps when doing stupid positions) professional clean and pops on the mark what a star.
