Studios/photographers (Midlands) seeking models ?

a few years back, I used to know which contact mags and free-ads papers to look in to make contact with models, studios, and photographers, but having been out of the loop for a few years, the internet appears to have changed all that ...

Ideally I'm looking for a studio, or photographer in the midlands who does amateur-type shoots and vidoes, who could use a female model or two. Does anyone know of anyone, or of a decent site which is like a directory ? Trying to google just leads to loads of pay-sites (or I'm not googling right !).

No, you're not alone M_IMAGE, it's unclear to me as well.
