We are a brand new company who are offering you something that makes your shoots incredibly easy, whether you are Amateur or Professional the package we offer will be one that gets you the best quality you will get for your money.
Based in the heart of Birmingham, we have a luxurious Penthouse 2 bedroom apartment that is available for shoots. What we also offer is talent. We have secured a deal with a respectable industry person who will supply the talent for your shoot.
So whether it is glamour, lingerie, implied nude or full on XXX Boy/Girl porn we can provide you with the location and talent for your project.
What we do not supply as of yet is lighting or equiptment, this is something we are looking into and will be doing in the near future.

i forgot to add that we also include parking.
We are located a 200m walk from birmingham new st station, yes we really are in the heart of the City, we are situated next to the bullring.
Anyway, back to the rate.
For the location only without talent is ?50 an hr or ?250 for 8hrs. If you use it for a longer shoot over 2-3 days then we are more than happy to come to an agreement with you, so you get your moneys worth.
We can supply accomodation but unfortunatley only 1 of the rooms is available for producer/tog/talent to stay in.

it is a 2 bedroom apartment, both ensuite. One has a bath & shower the other just a shower cubicle.
Yes it is walking distance from the station, as you walk out of new street, keep left and walk up the alley next to thetourist and information centre. we are right there.

Looks nice... I'm feeling it Have a couple of girls we will be shooting I could maybe use it for Price a little more than I usually pay but can proberly grin and bear it
